So I have been such a slacker at WW that I decided to take the "magic book" this week. The magic book is a 12-week journal from WW and each week a member takes it home and religiously tracks their points....mainly because they will pass the book onto another member the following week and they should follow the rules and track their points but also because - everyone who takes has a great weight loss week.
I took the book this week and it was day one today. Let's just say it is 7pm and dinner is cooking, I have been SOOOO good today (I even threw out the crust of the twins' grilled cheeses!) and I am about to eat my hands off before dinner is ready. I grabbed my blog before I put a huge dent into something in the cupboard.

Congratulations!! Trying to eat right is so tough. If I can just hang in there, I am so proud of myself at the end of the day. But in the heat of the moment, I could also chew my hands off!
I have discovered a great soup for those days when you only have 4 (or fewer) points left and it is supper time. It's the Progresso Southwest Style Vegetable soup. There are several other 0 point soups too, but I really like this one, and I don't like canned soup.
I've never heard of the magic book. I am pretty good about tracking my points, just not sticking to them.
