Over ten years ago, I dropped a chocolate cream pie in my husbands brand new car- the car he is still driving. He still mentions the incident and I finally needed to lay it to rest. I spent the afternoon creating this beauty of a pie just for him. I dare not try it. I have a theory that Finn is sensitive to even small amounts of caffeine. Evenings are a complete fiasco when I eat lots of chocolate or have any coffee, so I gave up chocolate for a bit to see what happens.
Plus, this pie is way to decadent to even have a taste, especially when I am the only one home during the daytime...
