Hope you are all safely traveled and are enjoying your day with loved ones. If you are working today, remember you are one of the magical elves helping others this year and I thank you. If you are pregnant, I hope you can keep the goodies down your gullet all day. If you are still working on your little addition.....we are strength in numbers and I am sure we are all in each other's thoughts all day. I am certainly thinking about all of you today and hope we all have fat healthy babies this coming year.
What a fun morning.....lots of wonderful gifts, hubby and labrador smooches, banana cornmeal pancakes and snow dumping outside!
Only one small buzz kill send innocently from my mother since she does not know about what is going on with our efforts this year. She sent 4 kids books to me for Christmas. When I thanked her over the phone (she lives in Connecticut), she mentioned that if I "ever have kids" they will come to good use.....laughing she added, "they will be antiques by then...."

Glad your Christmas has been fairly good. Mom sounds like she wants grandchildren and since she doesn't know what you are going through she has no idea what she is doing could be hurtful. Hang in there. And this is the only day of the year I wish I had snow. It was sunny here today though.
Merry Christmas! My mom in law is the same way because she doesn't realize the struggle we are going through. That was sweet of you to say the nice comment about those of us who work on the holiday...I had to work a double on the holiday at the hospital because I'm one of the new kids on the block...but all in all it was a slow day so it wasn't so bad!

I got mine and wear it daily. Yes it is a reminder but it is so nice to have something to hold and cry with. I too would get the comments about when you gonna get pregnant.. I just blew them off then finally started to say when I can.. (If you say it like that people stop asking). I even told my mom to tell everyone she knew to shut it up about it.. It worked.
