3 years

We recently celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary. I met my husband 10 years ago and realize how lucky I am to have snagged such a wonderful man. I thought by now we would be covered in sidewalk chalk and finger paints...or maybe just breast milk and spit-up...and those "what-ifs" still set me back a bit. We are a bit unraveled from the last year of losses but I can see us moving to more hopeful place now....and that feels really good.

Harpy Anniversary Meg!!!

Beautiful photos!

This journey can definitely wear thin on even the best of marriages, but I believe it can also strengthen and secure those bonds in ways as well.

So good to hear you are in a hopeful place. I am so hopeful for you.

Your entry today made me think of this line from the movie Castaway..."I know what I have to do now. I gotta keep breathing. Because tomorrow the sun will rise. Who knows what the tide could bring?"

Wishing you many, many happy years and memories to come!
