Surge

It is CD10 and my CBEFM showed an adorable egg this morning. This seems early in my cycle to me but I also have no firm start day of AF this month. I will use an ovulation stick this afternoon to affirm the surge because I do not trust the CBEFM quite yet.

One thing I have noticed over the last few years is that the day before I surge, I have incredible nausea. It is so clear each month that I ovulate. Kind of strange, huh?!

I will track for two more cycles and then it is game time people. I have grand plans for these two months too. I will continue to try and get my body and mind in better shape for another pregnancy. I am working out a ton and have set up time with a new therapist. I have two months to find a happy medium between grieving my early losses and beginning to look forward to nurturing life again.

I love that little egg on the CBFM, it was like an award each month or something LOL! Sounds like you have a wonderful plan brewing over there, I hope you get your BFP the first month!!!

That's so great that you can be so patient and level-headed about it. I am way too impatient :(.
I have nausea around ovulation, too.

Let's both get pregnant this fall/winter and have spring summer babies, ok?

How exciting!! Sounds like a great plan.

It is funny all the things I notice with my cycle when we are 'trying' that never dawned on me before. It amazes me people who get pregnant and say they didn't know until they were in their second (or third!) trimester.

Ask your OB, but I was told that taking B6 BEFORE getting pregnant can help with morning sickness. (The dosage in a regular prenatal is not enough to do anything.)

You do need to grieve in order to move on.

Congrats on the eggie and the next two months!
