A perfect Saturday

Woke up and went to an aqua aerobics class which was fun. I think he liked it too so we plan on doing that more often. It is a nice addition to my routine, which is slowly becoming the elliptical, yoga and now some water. We then spent the day doing some small house projects, all with the idea that they are all helping get this tiny house ready for a baby boy in a few months.

We made a lovely dinner and were relaxing when I decided it was time for my husband to try and feel the swirling, twirling little boy inside of me. J put his hand right over my belly button and within seconds he lifted his head in surprise and looked at me. "Yes, that's him." We lay there waiting for his next move and laughed each time. Our son is making more and more of a presence in this house and I am just so delighted.

Oh Meg, what a beautiful experience! Your hubby must be so enthralled with your boy!

I am loking forward to swimming while pregnant. I've always been a fish, so this will be great during the summer!

Oh I remember that time when my first daughter jumped in the belly! She was about a 10 pounder so she was really big, It used to make me laugh when people would become wide eyed at the moving bellyful of baby!

Meg I am so happy for you. You will start to feel him move more and more which will be a great feeling. This may help your nervousness/ anticipation. Good luck to you. Wait until he has the hiccups - and your husband feels it (or even sees him kick his foot out of your belly.)

Enjoy the time !!!
